And there's more: If we seek balance within ourselves we must also seek balance in the world. There is something we all have even more power to do and that is create positive social change. I believe that every individual has a gift and a power that can support communities of people. I believe in equitable access, systems re-design, and inclusive practices.

I am also a fierce advocate for creating positive social change and believe that we all have the inner-athlete who has a gift of aligning body, mind and spirit. I help groups and individuals find their gifts and leveraging their strengths in order to overcome anxiety, social pressure and find balance.
